terms of use.

Rate My Belmont Teacher is an independent, student-created website where users can share opinions and experiences related to teachers, classes, coursework, and school.

RMBT is not operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by Belmont Secondary School, Royal Bay Secondary School, or School District 62.

If you submit a review, reply, report, teacher request, or other content, you are responsible for what you submit.

You should only post content based on genuine experiences or information you reasonably believe to be accurate.

Do not use RMBT to post threats, harassment, targeted abuse, private information, impersonation, spam, deliberately false reviews, or unlawful material.

Reviews should mainly focus on teaching, coursework, communication, grading, expectations, workload, classroom experience, and similar school-related topics.

RMBT is not the right place to report emergencies, crimes, abuse, threats to safety, or other serious incidents.

Those concerns should be taken to an appropriate trusted adult, school administrator, emergency service, law-enforcement agency, or other proper reporting channel where applicable.

RMBT may review, hide, remove, or restrict content that appears to violate these Terms, the site rules, or the intended purpose of RMBT.

Moderation decisions may be made with or without prior notice. Content remaining visible does not mean RMBT has independently verified every statement in it.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Do not attempt to access another person's account, bypass security measures, automate abusive activity, or interfere with the normal operation of the site.

Ratings, reviews, replies, and comments are user-generated opinions.

They should not be treated as official school evaluations, independently verified facts, or a guarantee that another student will have the same experience.

Features may be changed, added, removed, suspended, or temporarily unavailable.

RMBT does not guarantee that the website will always be available, completely error-free, or free from data loss.

Information on RMBT is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes.

You are responsible for your own decisions, including course-selection decisions or conclusions based on content posted by other users.

These Terms may be updated as RMBT changes.

Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
