you submit the teacher
There are a lot of teachers, and RMBT is definitely not an official school directory. If somebody is missing, send a request and it can be checked before they're added.

useful evidence
Enough information to identify the teacher without writing their entire biography.
Your first and last name. This isn't displayed publicly, but it helps verify that the request is legit.
Their first and last name, spelled as accurately as possible.
Math, English, Science, PE, Trades, Languages, Counselling, etc.
Any classes you know they teach. Helpful, but not required.
For example: you're in their class, they're on your timetable, or they're listed publicly by the school.
Optional. It can help distinguish teachers with similar names, but isn't required.
very important piece of bureaucracy
A teacher request is only for identifying somebody who should be in the directory.
Don't include a review, gossip, accusations, private phone numbers, personal email addresses, home addresses, family information, or anything unrelated to identifying the teacher.
spam prevention technology
This helps limit spam and duplicate requests. Your account information is not displayed publicly with the teacher if the request is approved.
paperwork begins here
Fill out whatever applies and submit it for review.

database correction department
The request form can also be used to report a spelling mistake, incorrect department, duplicate listing, or a teacher who no longer works at Belmont.
before you submit
Search the teacher list first. They might already exist under a slightly different spelling or department.
search teachers →submitting a request doesn't automatically add somebody.
Requests may be checked before the directory is changed. Duplicates may be merged or ignored, and requests without enough information may be declined.
